What is the InFlow Sauna Socials

The InFlow Sauna Socials are your opportunity to join a 2 hour floating sauna experience with up to 7 other individuals. 

This is not a spa. It's a quiet, grounded reset on the ocean.

How the Sauna Socials work

Find the date that works for you, book your session and well send you all the details you need to know. We leave from the Oceanfront in Squamish. 

Session schedule

All Sauna Club sessions start at 7:30am and run for 2 hours, Wednesday through Saturday. To start we'll be running the sessions as follows. We will look to increase the amount of sessions as we go.  

How much does the Sauna social cost?

The InFlow Sauna Social costs $100 per person. There are no recurring fees — you only pay when you book a session.

Where is the floating sauna located?

The InFlow floating sauna is anchored in a remote, peaceful bay within Howe Sound, part of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, near Squamish, BC. MYou'll depart from Oceanfront for a 5-minute scenic boat ride to the sauna. Once you've booked you'll receive an email with all the details you'll need.

What's included in a session

• 2-hour floating sauna session on Howe Sound

• Round-trip boat ride from the Oceanfront

What to bring

• Swimsuit and a towel

• Water and a light snack

• Layered clothing for after your session

• Sunscreen and a hat for the deck

Good to know

• Sessions are capped at 8 members

• This is an open-ocean experience — weather can affect conditions. If it's too choppy, we'll cancel and refund you

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before your session. Full refund if we cancel due to weather.
