HOW DO YOU GET THERE?
Escape into the wild beauty of Howe Sound with our signature Floating Sauna Retreat, experience blending relaxation, adventure and connection in one unforgettable day.
There are two ways of getting there. BYOB (bring your own boat) — someone from our crew will meet you out there — or by an InFlow boat with our crew.
With InFlow: We depart from the Squamish marina and you’ll enjoy a 20-minute scenic boat ride to a remote, peaceful bay within the pristine waters of Howe Sound, part of a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. We'll have a crew member onsite to help with anything you might need.
BYOB: Our team handles the setup and takedown, and will greet you at the sauna. We'll provide all necessary instructions so you know where to find us. Please note, transportation to the location is your responsibility.
Once there, unwind in our one-of-a-kind floating sauna, surrounded by breathtaking coastal views and as many ocean dips are you like, or relax on the deck and soak in the summer sun. Designed for up to 8 guests, this experience is the perfect way to reset your body, clear your mind, and reconnect — with nature, friends, or family.
Note: As this is an open-ocean experience, weather can affect conditions. If it’s too choppy, we’ll work with you to reschedule.

We operate rain or shine, part of the magic of the floating sauna is experiencing the elements in all their moods. A little mist or drizzle often makes it even more peaceful.
In the rare case of severe weather (such as high winds, lightning, or unsafe marine conditions), we may need to reschedule your session for safety reasons. If that happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternate time or a credit toward a future booking, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Bring your swimsuit, towel, water bottle and warm clothes. If you’d like, pack a robe or an extra layer for relaxing on the dock between sauna rounds.
We recommend leaving valuables at home, as storage space is limited. Changing facilities are available on-site, but there are no showers, so please arrive ready to unwind and embrace the natural flow of the experience.

Our sauna is located in Howe Sound, approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Heron (where are boat is situated).
You’ll receive detailed directions and meeting point instructions in your confirmation email. Look for the InFlow Adventure trailer when you arrive — our crew will be there to welcome you and guide you down to the boat

Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before your booking can be rescheduled, credited for a future session or refunded.
Cancellations within 2 weeks are non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. If weather or operational issues force us to cancel, you’ll receive a full credit or the option to rebook.
