InFlow Adventure Co. – Apparel Returns & Exchange Policy (Canada)

At InFlow Adventure Company, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
• Final sale items, including clearance or promotional items, are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please complete our RETURNS FORM with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• If your return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or providing a full refund, including shipping costs.

This policy complies with Canadian consumer protection laws, which do not require a business to accept returns on non-defective goods, but we offer this policy to ensure your satisfaction and build trust with our community.
