1. Introduction Welcome to InFlow Adventure Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or participating in any of our services, programs, or activities ("services"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility All participants must meet the minimum age and skill requirements specified for each activity. Certain programs, such as foiling or sailing courses, may require prior experience or demonstrated competency. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet these requirements before booking.

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our website or via direct communication with InFlow Adventure Company staff.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• Pricing is subject to change without notice. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Participant Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.

  • Participants may reschedule their booking up to 7 days (1 week) before the scheduled activity without penalty. After this point, rescheduling may not be possible.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the activity are not eligible for a refund unless exceptional circumstances apply, as determined at our discretion.

• InFlow Adventure Company Cancellations:

  • If we must cancel an activity due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation approval.

  • We are not responsible for incidental expenses incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation costs) in the event of a cancellation.

• How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Weather and Safety Activities are subject to weather and water conditions. InFlow Adventure Company reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any activity if conditions are deemed unsafe. Safety is our top priority, and all decisions regarding the continuation or cancellation of an activity will be at the sole discretion of our team.

6. Assumption of Risk By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities, including but not limited to foiling, sailing, paddleboarding, and sauna use. InFlow Adventure Company and its staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation. You agree to follow all safety instructions and use the provided equipment responsibly.

7. Liability Waiver All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any activity. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers must be completed and acknowledged prior to the activity start time.

8. Equipment Use Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any equipment provided by InFlow Adventure Company. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement fees, at our discretion.

9. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to act respectfully towards staff, other participants, and the environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in removal from the activity without a refund.

10. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act). Any personal information collected during booking or participation will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Amendments InFlow Adventure Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any updates signifies your agreement to the revised terms.
