Coaching shaped around you
Get comfortable at the helm, improve your sail trim, practise tacking and gybing or build confidence working with a crew. Your coach helps you focus on useful skills for your experience and the conditions that day.
Looking for a qualification? Our ASA courses follow a separate certification pathway. Private coaching can support your practice, but a coaching package does not automatically include certification.

Yes. Private coaching can start with the basics. Tell us you are new to sailing so we can plan the session around you. If you want a structured certification course, ask us about ASA 101.
The 6-hour package is two three-hour sessions. The 12-hour package is four three-hour sessions. We agree the dates with you before booking, subject to instructor availability and suitable conditions.
Yes. Choose the two-person option if you would like to learn together. That price is the total for both sailors sharing the coach and session, not a price per person. Similar experience and goals help you get the most from your time.
Not automatically. Coaching focuses on your goals and practice. If certification is your aim, talk to us about the appropriate ASA course and assessment requirements.
No. Your enquiry tells us your preferred package, experience and dates. We’ll confirm availability, the total price and booking arrangements with you separately.
Plan for changing conditions with warm layers, a waterproof jacket, non-marking footwear, sun protection and drinking water. We’ll confirm meeting details and preparation for your session when you book.
