Adventure
Give something a go. Learn how the wind works, take the helm or get your first feeling of lift above the water. Adventure can start with a small step, and there’s always something more to learn.

About InFlow
Sailing, foiling, floating sauna experiences and time to explore. Based in Squamish, InFlow brings people together through adventure, rest and connection.
Why we’re here
There’s something about a day outside that holds your attention. Learning to steer a sailboat. Finding your balance on a board. Sitting in the warmth of a sauna while the weather moves across Howe Sound.
InFlow exists to help more people make time for those experiences.
You might come to learn a skill, spend time with friends or try something you’ve been curious about for years. Whatever brings you here, we want you to feel welcome, understand what to expect and enjoy being part of the day.
Adventure. Rest. Connection.
Give something a go. Learn how the wind works, take the helm or get your first feeling of lift above the water. Adventure can start with a small step, and there’s always something more to learn.
Leave some room in the day. Warm up in the sauna, look out across the water and enjoy having nowhere else to be for a while.
Bring someone along or meet people through a shared experience. Time outside gives us space to talk, learn from each other and enjoy the place we’re in.

Our story
InFlow was founded by Andrew Platt and Will Morris around a shared idea: outdoor experiences can bring something valuable to everyday life.
That idea connects everything we offer. Sailing and wing foiling create opportunities to learn and build confidence. Our floating sauna makes room to slow down. Rentals give people the freedom to explore, while events bring our community together.
We’re building a place you can return to for different reasons. Your first sail might lead to a course. A sauna visit might become a regular catch-up with friends. Or you might simply find a way to spend a few good hours outside.
With mountains rising from the water and Howe Sound on our doorstep, Squamish shapes the way we spend our days.
It also shapes how we operate. Wind and weather influence our plans, and being a good host means paying attention to the conditions as well as the people joining us.
We want to help guests enjoy this place with the same care and respect we bring to spending time here ourselves.
You don’t need to know all the terminology or arrive with everything figured out. Ask questions. Tell us what you’re hoping to do. We’ll help you find a suitable starting point.
From choosing an experience to knowing what to bring, the practical details matter. We aim to make them straightforward so you can arrive prepared.
People join us with different interests and levels of confidence. We make room for questions, learning and the small moments that make a day your own.
Co-founders
Together, Andrew and Will are building InFlow around a simple purpose: outdoor experiences that help people find their flow through adventure, rest and connection.
The InFlow team
The people who welcome you, introduce you to the equipment, answer your questions and help the day come together. Their care and attention are part of the experience, from your first enquiry to the time you head home.
