2. Where are you located? We are located in Squamish, BC, Canada

3. What types of boats do you offer? Currently our fleet is made up of FarEast 19r sail boats. 

4. Do I need sailing experience? No sailing experience is required. Our experienced crew will handle the navigation, but we do encourage that you engage and help sail the boat. It is a hands on experience.

5. Can I customize my sailing itinerary? Currently we offer a sailing tour of Howe Sound and Sailing instruction packages. We are working on offering personalized itineraries, allowing you to create your dream sailing route, in the future. Please reach out if you have any ideas!

6. What time do the sailing packages leave Squamish? There are several options of departure time. You can chose what works for you when booking. We will send you an email with more details once you have booked. 

7. How far in advance should I book an activity? We recommend booking your package as early as possible to secure your preferred dates and boat. Especially during peak seasons, availability can be limited. However, we also accept last-minute bookings, subject to availability.

8. What should I bring for a sailing trip? We suggest bringing casual and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions, including a waterproof jacket, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and non-marking rubber-soled shoes. It's also advisable to bring a valid ID, any necessary medications, and a sense of adventure!

9. Are meals provided on board? Meals can be provided and are offered as an add on when you book. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks onboard if you wish. No glass please. 

10. Is it possible to go on a sailing trip if I get seasick? Sailing conditions can vary, but modern sailboats are designed to provide stability and minimize motion. If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking appropriate medication or consulting with your doctor before the trip. Additionally, our routes are generally in calmer waters which reduce the likelihood of seasickness.

11. What safety measures are in place during the sailing trips? Safety is our top priority. Our boats undergo regular maintenance and inspections to ensure they meet the highest safety standards. All our skippers are experienced professionals who possess the necessary certifications. We provide safety briefings before each charter, including information on life jackets, emergency procedures, and onboard safety equipment.

12. What happens in case of bad weather? Our experienced skippers closely monitor weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, they will make informed decisions prioritizing your safety. If a charter needs to be rescheduled due to severe weather, we will work with you to find an alternative date or provide a full refund.

13. Can I bring children or pets on board? No, our boats are on the smaller side so for the safety of the children (under 16) and pets we do not allow them onboard. 

14. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Detailed payment information will be provided during the booking process.

15. What is your cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy varies depending on the charter type and duration. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact our customer support team for detailed information regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling options.
