Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests:
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@inflowadventure.com.
  • Cancellations are only considered valid once they have been acknowledged and confirmed by our staff

Refund Eligibility and Fees:

  • For Sailing Packages: You may request to cancel for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the event may transferred to a different date/time of the same package. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you register for a package, you agree to these terms.
  • For Merchandise: we have a 30 day refund policy

 

Transferability or Rescheduling:

  • In some cases, we may allow participants to transfer their booking to another eligible person or reschedule the package/tour to a future date, subject to availability.
  • Requests for transfer or rescheduling must be made within the specified timeframe and adhere to the outdoor adventure company's policies and procedures.
Company Cancellations:
  • In the event that we need to cancel a package/tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or safety concerns, participants will be offered the choice of rescheduling the adventure or receiving a full refund.
  • we will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel expenses or accommodations, in the event of a company cancellation.

    Participants are encouraged to review and understand the cancellation policy before making a booking. The specific cancellation policy may vary depending on the nature of the adventure packages/tours offered.
