Age Requirement: Participants must meet the minimum age requirement specified by Inflow Adventure Company. Minors (under 16) are not permitted on board due to the hands on nature of our sailing activities. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions regarding this. 

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking, as determined by InFlow Adventure Company. Payment methods and accepted currencies will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary, and details are provided on our cancelation and refunds page. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

Weather Conditions: Sailing trips are subject to weather conditions. Inflow Adventure Company reserves the right to modify or cancel trips if deemed necessary for safety reasons. In such cases, alternative options or refunds may be offered.

Health and Safety: Participants should inform Inflow Adventure Company of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they are physically capable of participating in the sailing activities.

Insurance: Participants are advised to obtain travel insurance that covers sailing activities. Inflow Adventure Company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings or individuals during the trip.

Behavior and Conduct: Participants are expected to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by Inflow Adventure Company. Any behavior that is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to the crew or other participants may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

Itinerary Changes: Inflow Adventure Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, including ports of call, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or operational requirements.

Liability: Inflow Adventure Company and its crew are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense incurred during the trip, except where required by law.

Personal Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, including passports, travel documents, and valuables. Inflow Adventure Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Governing Law: These booking terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inflow Adventure Company operates.
