6:00–7:00 pm — Mix & Mingle
Come early to connect with others, listen to live music and enjoy your meal if you’ve selected a food-inclusive ticket. Food is available only to guests who preorder.

7:00–9:00 pm — Speakers
Hosted by Mark Sky, our three speakers share their stories. Between speakers, live music gives you time to grab another drink and take a break.

9:00–9:45 pm — Fireside Chat & Audience Q&A
All three speakers join Mark Sky on stage for a conversation and questions from the audience.

Choose your ticket

General Admission — $45
Admission to the evening. Food is not included.

Admission + 16 Hour Smoked Beef Brisket — $65
Admission plus hickory smoked Angus beef with BBQ sauce, mayo, house pickles, arugula and crispy onion on ciabatta.

Admission + Grilled Halloumi — $65
Admission plus grilled halloumi with tomato, pesto mayo, balsamic and arugula on focaccia.

Each ticket admits one person. Select your ticket type and quantity before checkout.

Ticket payments are processed by InFlow Adventure Company.

Raw Cuts ticket, cancellation and transfer policy

Raw Cuts is an event presented by InFlow Adventure Company. These terms apply specifically to Raw Cuts tickets, including admission with food.

Published October 1, 2026. These terms apply to purchases made after publication where disclosed before purchase. Earlier purchases retain the terms and rights that applied when booked.

If you can’t attend

Tickets are non-refundable for changes of plan, illness, travel difficulties, late arrival or non-attendance, except where a refund is required by law or expressly offered under this policy. Tickets cannot be exchanged for another Raw Cuts event.

You may give or transfer your ticket to another person without a transfer fee.

Transferring a ticket

The original purchaser should email rawcuts@inflowadventure.com before the event starts, including the order number, the new guest’s name and which ticket is being transferred.

A transfer changes the guest attending; it does not create an additional admission. Any included meal transfers with the ticket. Refunds, where applicable, go to the original payment method.

Tickets that include food

Food is included only with an admission-and-food ticket. Your confirmation email shows the meal selected.

Contact us if you need to change your meal. Changes depend on availability and catering arrangements and are only confirmed when we reply. We do not offer a separate refund for a meal you choose not to collect.

If we cannot supply your purchased meal, we will offer an alternative for you to accept or refund the amount paid for the food portion, including applicable tax.

If we cancel

If Raw Cuts cancels the event, we will refund the full amount paid for affected tickets, including prepaid food, applicable taxes and any booking fees charged by us. You do not need to accept a credit or another event instead.

If we postpone or materially change the event

If we move the event to another date, you may choose to attend the new date or receive a full refund. We will contact the purchaser using the email address provided at checkout.

Minor programme changes, such as speaker order or running times, do not normally qualify for a refund. If we make a material change to the advertised event, we will explain the change and offer a refund option.

Receiving a refund

We will issue refunds to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of cancellation or receipt of an eligible refund request, or sooner where required by law. Your bank may take additional time to display the funds.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
